Your Role: As an On-Site AV Support Specialist, you will be dedicated to an assigned client, ensuring their technical systems are functioning optimally. Your primary focus will be on fostering strong client relationships that enhance satisfaction and promote the growth of our support agreements. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with meetings, conferences, and events.
- Tracking inventory and maintaining accurate reporting.
- Performing proactive maintenance and troubleshooting of AV systems.
- Supporting end-users with virtual meeting platforms, including webinars.
- Engaging with executive personnel to provide exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively with team members across departments.
- Conduct routine maintenance to ensure systems are ready for use.
- Resolve technical issues and manage equipment repairs.
- Maintain an organized inventory tracking system.
- Document repair needs and manage tasks through ticketing systems.
- Produce detailed reports to communicate system status and value to clients.

Work Environment: You will primarily work in an office or business setting, with responsibilities that may require you to navigate various areas of the client’s facilities. This role may involve:
- Accessing equipment in challenging locations.
- Lifting equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Walking long distances and navigating stairs regularly.
- Using ladders or lifts for equipment installation and maintenance.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Preferred qualifications include postsecondary education or technical certifications related to AV systems.
- 3-5 years of experience in audio-visual systems support.
Skills:
- Experience with webinar platforms, troubleshooting, and client support.
- Strong communication and client service skills.
- Detail-oriented with a technical aptitude.
