Marketing Manager Role

Dasmen HR LLC is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and oversee the marketing team at our headquarters. This is a unique opportunity to develop and execute innovative strategies that enhance our brand, drive property traffic, and support leasing goals across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase occupancy and resident retention.
  • Lead the Marketing Team: Oversee and mentor the marketing team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Content Creation: Manage content creation for websites, social media platforms, and marketing materials.
  • Industry Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.


Requirements:

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in property management or real estate.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media management, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.


Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
