Senior Project Manager

Support Director of Real Estate and KMBS organization with analyzing and driving the company‘s real estate strategy, specifically related to the execution of moves, adds, and changes tied to the NJ HQ and field offices nationally.
Responsibilities
Develop personnel requirements tied to space standards, coordinating with HR and user groups,
- Proven track record leading teams, including internal project and stakeholder groups and external vendors & contractors.
- Strong ability with developing, managing, tracking, and reporting project budgets, schedules, and scopes.
- Relevant experience with commercial office construction, furniture, IT, security, branding, telecom methodology related to tenant improvements (TI‘s).
- Assist with driving workplace strategy initiatives to optimize the utilization and efficiency of office spaces across different regions nationally, promoting collaboration, employee well-being, and a consistent employee experience including development of space, FF&E, finish, and branding standards.
- Provide and coordinate space planning and programming requirements with user groups.
- Coordinate and lead meetings with project team, vendors, and landlords.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Review lease agreement work letters for accuracy and to coordinate TI‘s.
- Review vendor contracts, and/or proposals and invoices for accuracy of scope and pricing tying to capital and project budgets.
- Assist with bidding and awarding of construction, FF&E, and other vendor agreements.
- Strong organizational, communication, analytical, problem solving, and mathematical skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management or related fields. Minimum 10-years‘ experience in corporate real estate and project management role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- OHSA Safety training preferred (Min. 10hr)
- Travel up to 25%.
- Office at Ramsey, NJ, HQ location 4-days/week.
