We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Health RN to join our team at Wellstar Health System. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that patients receive individualized, high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities- Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) in the delivery of clinical care, utilizing evidence-based practice and analytical/critical thinking skills.
- Provide relationship-based patient-centered care that adapts to the unique needs and characteristics of each patient, including cultural diversity.
- Coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe, quality patient care, promoting the professional care delivery model.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives, research, and research utilization to promote safe, quality patient care.
- Serve as a preceptor and/or mentor for other professional nurses, ensuring a current and future qualified workforce.
- Associate's Degree in nursing or Graduate of accredited/approved school of nursing.
- Minimum 5 years RN experience, with direct patient care experience preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English language, with optimal use of technology to support clinical care.
