Act as the primary point of contact for the Patient Connection Center within Piedmont Healthcare.

The Patient Connection Associate will manage incoming inquiries, ensuring effective First Call Resolution to determine the appropriate next steps.

This role entails pre-registering and scheduling essential patient interactions while upholding exceptional customer service standards.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

At least 1 year of relevant customer-facing experience in the healthcare sector.

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
None

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Preferred knowledge of basic medical terminology. Experience in call centers, patient scheduling, or front office operations in a medical setting is advantageous.
