Emerging Technology Support LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Intelligence Technical Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise in the field of Integrated Broadcast Service (IBS) and related systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • IBS Enterprise Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of IBS Enterprise and its dissemination architectures, including broadcast paths, network services, and message formats.
  • Fleet Tactical Data Processors: Analyze and troubleshoot fleet tactical data processors that utilize IBS data, such as GALE, DCGS-N, ICOP, and TRS.
  • IBS Structure and Governance: Understand the IBS Enterprise structure, including the IBS Executive Agent, Global IBS Support Center, and Joint Tactical Terminal Program Office.
  • Navy IBS Terminals: Provide technical support for Navy IBS terminals, including the Joint Tactical Terminal-Maritime (JTT-M), Joint Tactical Terminal-Receive (JTT-R), Embedded National Tactical Receiver (ENTR), and Joint Tactical Terminal-Maritime ENTR (JTT-ME).
  • Navy Warfare Development Command: Collaborate with the Navy Warfare Development Command to identify doctrine, organization, training, material, leadership, personnel, and facilities (DOTMLPF) issues and gaps through Fleet Battle Experiment (FLEX) Limited Objective Experiments, Trident Warrior events, and other initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in IBS and related systems.
  • Strong understanding of IBS Enterprise and its dissemination architectures.
  • Experience with fleet tactical data processors and Navy IBS terminals.
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
