Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Argus Home Health Care. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients in their homes.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate clients to determine their level of functioning and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to determine the need for physical therapy services.
  • Develop and revise plans of care in consultation with home health staff.
  • Coordinate services to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Document all visits and maintain accurate records.
  • Supervise therapy assistants as needed.
Requirements
  • Colorado Physical Therapy license.
  • One year of patient experience, preferred but not required.
  • Valid driver's license.
