Job Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional to join our team at Brandi's Hope Community Services.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide daily support to individuals with varying degrees of development/intellectual disabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
  • Assist with job supports, self-care, recreational activities, and community inclusion
  • Transport clients to appointments as needed
  • Report to work assignments with clients as a job advocate
  • Assist with feeding and hygiene

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of one year of verifiable work experience in the last three years
  • Current, valid driver's license
  • CPR training
  • Background check and drug screening

Benefits:

  • Full benefit package for qualified applicants
  • Starting pay of $11.50 per hour with a set, guaranteed schedule of 40 hours per week
  • Overtime pay of $15.00 per hour
