Role Overview

As a Client-Focused Technical Engineer, you will deliver practical technical support and guidance to clients and their implementation partners throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Your collaboration with Business Analyst teams will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the FlowX platform, allowing you to develop business processes, conduct testing and debugging, manage releases, and configure integrations with both Front End and Back End systems.

Your Contributions Will Include:

  • Delivering practical technical support and advice to clients and their implementation partners throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Exhibiting strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to promptly address technical challenges. Collaborating with clients, partners, and internal teams to resolve intricate technical issues.
  • Maintaining communication with clients and partner delivery teams to gather feedback and identify challenges. Proactively seeking opportunities for enhancements and product improvements.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert during training sessions for clients and partners, ensuring they effectively utilize the platform and become self-sufficient in its capabilities and best practices.
  • Creating and upholding development frameworks, standards, error handling mechanisms, and best practices to be shared across configuration teams.
  • Contributing to the establishment of checklists and project health check procedures, regularly generating audit reports to assess project health.
Who You Are:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical capacity, such as a JAVA developer or a BPMN 2.0 platform configurator.
  • Solid understanding of software development principles.
  • Experience with JSON in REST, and HTTP/HTTPS classes, such as Postman.
  • Familiarity with architectural principles, APIs, and integrations.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English.
