Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC/R Technician to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our commercial HVAC/R systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC/R equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections and repairs, to prevent system failures
  • Manage refrigerant levels and parts inventory to ensure availability and minimize waste
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs
Requirements
  • 2 years' experience in commercial HVAC/R maintenance or a related field
  • Universal Environmental Protection Agency Certification for Refrigerant handling
  • Valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications
  • Completion of a 2-year Vocational or Technical HVAC/R program
  • Mechanical license in city and/or state where job is located
