HVAC Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Dixie Electric, Plumbing, & Air. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and cooling systems for residential and commercial customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and repair HVAC systems, including electronic, mechanical, and electrical components.
- Travel to job sites and work with dispatch to ensure schedules are maintained and delays are communicated to customers.
- Be available to work nights and weekends on a rotating basis to service emergency needs.
- Participate in company-provided training opportunities to stay up-to-date on the latest industry technologies.
- Identify and report potential opportunities for additional business, such as new system installations, service contracts, and additional services.
Requirements:
- Current EPA certification and state registration.
- Minimum 2-3 years of residential HVAC experience with a strong focus on customer service.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in small spaces.
- Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the United States.
