About the Role:
GROWMARK is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate order entry for lubricant products and services
- Resolve customer inquiries and discrepancies in a timely manner
- Research and resolve customer inquiries on routine problems, service information, and inventory availability
- Supply customers with order information, including expected delivery dates and schedules
- Perform logistics-related functions, such as manifesting loads, routing shipments, and printing load paperwork
- Assist with marketing programs and communications to customers
- Follow GROWMARK's Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA, and DOT policies and procedures
Requirements:
- High school education or equivalent, plus related clerical experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer skills and ability to perform keyboard entry
- Proven professional communication, interpersonal, persuasion, and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
