About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team at BHIRED. As a key member of our leadership team, the CFO will play a critical role in driving the financial strategy and growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
  • Financial Operations: Manage and direct all financial operations, including cash flow management, investments, and risk management.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting professional development and growth, and ensuring the team is equipped to support the business.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives and provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team.
Ideal Qualifications
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, with a strong track record of driving financial growth and profitability.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing finance team.
  • Financial Expertise: In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices, with proficiency in financial management software and tools.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate complex financial information effectively.
