About the Job

The Social Services Program Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of program service providers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients. This role involves supervising staff, monitoring service delivery, and coordinating outreach efforts with community partners.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our program team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social services, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage program staff to achieve grant objectives;
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations of program service providers;
  • Monitor program compliance to VOALA policies and required procedures;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work (or related discipline) or a combination of relevant education and experience;
  • 2 years of supervisory experience in a social services organization;

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this position is $29.88- $31.45 Per Hour, based on location and industry standards. Benefits include competitive medical, dental, vision, and retirement packages.
