Dental Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Office Manager to lead our office operations and support our doctors in delivering exceptional patient care.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including staff supervision, patient flow, and business development.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient service and ensure a positive patient experience
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of dental professionals
- Manage office operations, including scheduling, inventory, and supply chain management
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes
- Minimum of one year of experience in a dental office management role
- Proven track record of success in staff supervision and development
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
