Job Title: Communication Specialist - P-12
\Job Summary:
\We are seeking a highly skilled Communication Specialist to join our team at Paulding County Schools. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve communication skills for students with speech and language disorders.
\Key Responsibilities:
\- Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address speech and language goals.
- Conduct speech and language therapy sessions according to schedule.
- Provide consultative services to teachers, parents, administrators, and allied agencies to integrate speech-language goals into the classroom, other educational programs, and the home environment.

\Educational Requirements:
\- A valid Georgia Teaching Certificate in assigned teaching field as required by the Professional Standards Commission.

\The estimated salary range for this role is $60,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
