About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant's maintenance and repair needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including stock rooms, restrooms, and exterior areas.
  • Waste Management: Ensure proper disposal of trash and recyclables, and maintain the cleanliness of the trash compactor.
  • Lighting and HVAC: Replace light bulbs and clean HVAC and exhaust units to ensure efficient operation.
  • Delivery and Unloading: Assist with unloading delivery trucks and maintaining a safe and efficient workflow.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift up to 50 pounds.
