We are seeking highly skilled Licensed Applied Behavior Analysts with experience in early intervention and pediatrics to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive skill-based assessments and develop tailored skill acquisition programs.
- Design and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) through the analysis of Functional Assessments and collaboration with the team.
- Provide training to team members and families on the implementation of strategies.
- Supervise ABA therapists to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Requirements:
- Licensed Behavior Analyst in good standing.
- Active certification from the BACB as a BCBA or BCBA-D in good standing.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to move easily between sitting and standing, maintaining a safe and supportive environment by responding promptly to clients as needed.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
