About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our Intelligent Marketplace team as Global SVP, Supply. This is a unique opportunity to lead all supply-side efforts and drive growth, innovation, and excellence across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global supply strategy to increase direct supply inventory and accelerate direct connection types (SDK, CTV, OB, TAM, and Prebid)
  • Scale our Publisher portfolio from hundreds to tens of thousands across multiple formats (CTV, mobile, in-app, video, web, display)
  • Manage a growing global team of 40+ across Business Development, Account Management, and Operations, with a focus on expanding across different strategic geographies
  • Leverage personal contacts with global publishers to drive deal making and growth
  • Implement new Account Management and Operational processes to scale to a large number of customers, handling fast-paced innovations and ensuring operational excellence
  • Develop and execute strategies for connection tech (RTB, SDK, PreBid, VAST) and product, leading cross-functional collaborators to execute upon them
Requirements
  • Previous experience within a large SSP leading BD, AM & Operations teams to globally scale direct publishers and had accountability for the performance and results of those departments
  • Proven problem-solving experience, developing new solutions that impact the company, business, and strategic direction/plan
  • Ability to anticipate business, market, and regulatory issues, recommending product, process, and/or service improvements
  • Unparalleled knowledge of the supply side / marketplace ecosystem
  • Strong operational leadership, comfortable leading from the front
