Financial Operations Clerk

We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Clerk to join our team at the City of Riviera Beach.
This role involves performing clerical work of more than average difficulty in compiling, maintaining, and verifying diverse statistical purchasing, legal, fiscal, and bookkeeping records and accounts.
The successful candidate will have a high school diploma from an accredited institution or GED and two years of experience in clerical accounting, bookkeeping, or a closely related field.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $35,000-$45,000.
Responsibilities
- Verify, maintain, and input accounting, financial, purchasing, statistical, legal, or other information into a computerized accounting system.
- Perform all other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- A high school diploma from an accredited institution or GED.
- Two years of experience in clerical accounting, bookkeeping, or a closely related field.
