Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Operations: Greet and direct patients and visitors, manage patient flow, and ensure a smooth and efficient check-in process.
- Patient Scheduling: Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and coordinate with physicians and staff to ensure timely and effective care.
- Clerical Support: Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and communication with patients and staff.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and visitors, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff, both verbally and in writing, to ensure clear and concise communication.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: One year of applicable medical office experience preferred.
- Training: Must attend Clinic Core Front Desk Training through Clinical Education.
- Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $2,000 for continuing education.
