Position Overview
As a vital member of our team at Hudson Bay Health and Rehabilitation, you will ensure a pristine and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
1. **Thorough Cleaning**: Responsible for the sanitation of resident rooms, corridors, dining spaces, restrooms, and additional areas within the facility.
2. **Safe Chemical Handling**: Properly mixes and utilizes cleaning agents, ensuring they are stored securely.
3. **Infectious Waste Management**: Labels and disposes of infectious waste bags and containers appropriately.
4. **Attendance**: Maintains punctuality and regular attendance for assigned shifts.

Additional Duties
Completes other tasks as directed.

Standards of Conduct
Conducts all job responsibilities in alignment with the standards outlined in the Company's Code of Business Conduct, policies, procedures, and applicable laws.

Qualifications
1. **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
2. **Licenses/Certification**: No specific licenses or certifications required.
3. **Experience**: Preferred six months of experience in a long-term care setting.
