Candidate Profile:

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Technician to support our operations. This role involves reporting to the Quality Control Manager and is crucial for executing product evaluations using a variety of measurement tools, alongside performing compliance assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze manufacturing blueprints and standards, applying relevant procedures to guarantee product adherence.
  • Alert production teams regarding non-compliant products and provide training on relevant testing and inspection techniques.
  • Document and monitor quality discrepancies, ensuring appropriate segregation of nonconforming materials.
  • Engage proactively in identifying and resolving the underlying causes of quality issues.
  • Maintain, archive, and retrieve quality, testing, and inspection documentation through both physical and digital formats.
  • Conduct re-evaluations of rejected items within the production or storage areas.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma is essential (an associate degree or higher is preferred).
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a related field is advantageous.
  • Exceptional attention to detail is necessary.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment.
  • Familiarity with measurement tools such as tape measures and laser levels is preferred.
