Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced bookkeeper to join our team at Phoenix Holdings. As a part-time bookkeeping professional, you will be responsible for maintaining our financial records on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Process payroll and other bookkeeping tasks
  • Assist with taxes and other financial matters
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Work independently with minimal supervision

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
  • 2+ years of payroll experience
  • Experience in multiple business types
  • High-volume client experience a plus
  • Advanced QuickBooks experience preferred

Preferred Characteristics:

  • Career-oriented and motivated
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills
  • Proven planning, prioritizing, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work accurately
