About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our team of veterinary assistants and technicians. In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Overseeing daily operations, including managing staff schedules, coordinating client services, and monitoring inventory levels.
  • Providing guidance and support to our team members, helping them to develop their skills and confidence.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, ensuring that our hospital meets all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Collaborating with our management team to develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and operational efficiency.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a healthcare or veterinary setting, preferably in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
  • An associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team and client base.
  • A strong understanding of veterinary medicine and procedures, with knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
