Job Overview

As a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with CCWSG, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in our Antelope Valley, California centers.

Salary and Benefits

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Licensure: Current, unrestricted NP or PA License in the state of California
  • Certifications: Current CPR Certification from American Heart Association
  • Current and unrestricted DEA Certificate
  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience as NP or PA
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer, you will be responsible for providing primary and preventive healthcare services, including:

  • Patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions
  • Health promotion, patient education, and disease prevention activities

You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care that addresses the medical, social, and emotional needs of patients.
