Business Development Director

SBM Management is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to drive growth and expansion in our facility support services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business development, sales, and operations management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business strategies to increase revenue and expand service offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development initiatives with operational goals.
- Guide vendor selection, onboarding, and relationship management to ensure supplier alignment with strategic goals.
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or operations management.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
