Site Management Director

This Site Management position at SBM Management Services, LP is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a director of site operations. In this capacity, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our sites, ensuring seamless execution of company programs and implementation of policies that meet contract requirements.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement work schedules to guarantee adequate service levels
- Prepare and assign schedules for service personnel
- Inspect and evaluate physical conditions of establishments for program compliance, including safety, quality, and service standards
- Audit and maintain inventory supplies and equipment
- Investigate new equipment and methods to enhance operational efficiency
- Analyze customer requests for service and address concerns with managers
- Implement organizational policies and goals
- Analyze and facilitate budget requests to identify areas for cost reduction
- Assist in promoting services to develop new markets and increase market share
- Inspect plant use and facilities
- Assist with plans, budgets, and schedule modifications, including cost estimates and bid sheets
- Ensure site meets budget goals sustainably
- Contribute to long-range plans, conceptual designs, and capital outlay requirements for program/process improvements
- Coordinate program specifications, requirements for proposals and contracts, and associated documents
- Compile data for preparing estimates
- Maintain and report on financial aspects of business, such as labor hours, overhead, supplies, expenses, billing, forecasting, and changes
- Maintain a safe working environment for self and employees
- Evaluate compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, such as FLSA, OSHA, ADA, etc.
- Direct supervisory management engaged in support of facilities programs
- Serve as liaison between company, customers, clients, employees, and subcontractors
- Maintain contract and contractor status databases
- Review all correspondence concerning contractors and respond appropriately
- Establish and maintain contact with contractors to ensure smooth contract process
- Conduct and attend meetings to communicate top-down and bottom-up with customers, clients, and employees in real-time
- Support human resource concerns and issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field from a four-year college or university with 2-5 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- May require a valid driver's license
- Bilingual a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service, problem-solving, time management, project management, planning, excellent communication, presentation, interviewing, coaching, and training skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer skills
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, employees, and public
Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000 per year
Work Schedule: Variable shifts
