Cell Culture Development Strategist

As a Cell Culture Development Strategist, you will play a critical role in shaping the direction of our biologics process research and development efforts. Your expertise in upstream process development and optimization will enable us to advance cutting-edge technologies and improve patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective strategies for upstream process development and optimization.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery of results.
* Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and analyze emerging trends to inform future research directions.
Requirements:
* Master's degree in Chemical/Biochemical Engineering or a related field with 5+ years of industry experience, or Ph.D. with 3+ years of industry experience.
* Proven track record of success in upstream bioprocessing, including fed-batch cell culture, bioreactor scale-up and scale-down, and recent advances and challenges in the field.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
