Position Overview: Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for delivering efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and ensuring patient and family satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients/residents to gather data, monitor conditions, and report any changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
- Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure as a practical nurse.
