Job Summary:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse with Industrial Staffing Services, Inc., you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care while working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Your primary responsibility will be to provide efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to identify individual needs and develop personalized care plans.
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to unlicensed nursing staff, ensuring seamless care delivery.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
• Participate in shift-to-shift communication to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing program.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
