Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a contract specialist for the upcoming school year. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing behavioral support and guidance to students with special needs in a school-based setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement behavioral intervention plans to support students with special needs
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to provide comprehensive educational services
- Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform instruction
- Provide training and coaching to support staff on behavioral strategies and techniques
- 1 year of verifiable experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within the last 3 years
- Valid BCBA credential/license or in process in the state of practice
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators and support staff to provide comprehensive services
