The Equity Lifestyle Properties, Inc. team is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join their sales and marketing efforts in Gunnison, Colorado.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet customers and residents in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Sales Support: Process and close homes in accordance with company business plans.
  • Marketing Efforts: Utilize all selling and organizational tools provided to adhere to the company's selling philosophy.
  • Follow-up and Communication: Provide timely and consistent follow-through with current customers from initial contact to after closing.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of all communication and daily customer traffic.
  • Administrative Tasks: Accomplish required administrative tasks accurately, expertly, and in a timely manner.
  • Credit Checks and Calculations: Create sales agreements, calculate sales tax, and run credit checks.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain the company's internal inventory software program.
  • Photography and Marketing Materials: Take photographs and videos of homes for use in various marketing sources.
  • Team Meetings and Training: Attend regular rally meetings to review sales and marketing strategies and participate in training programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and commissions.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to problem solve and be detail oriented.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Excel.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

We offer a competitive salary range of $12 - $12.50 per hour.
