Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all store operations and associates while acting as Manager on Duty.
  • Enhance sales performance through training, development, and coaching of team members.
  • Ensure safety for both customers and associates by following company protocols.
  • Foster a diverse culture grounded in teamwork and collaboration.
  • Address issues and concerns, making informed decisions while supervising front-end operations to guarantee exceptional, friendly, and professional customer service.
  • Support our Asset Protection strategies to minimize loss.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in an off-price, big box, or specialty retail environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging demeanor.
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Capacity to lift and handle merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more, along with the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
