We're seeking a seasoned Senior Associate to support our Enterprise Security Risk Management team. As a key member, you'll focus on executive protection, threat management, and complex client matter coordination.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, operational acumen, and strong leadership capabilities to ensure client safety and satisfaction.

You'll serve as the central point of coordination for subcontractors and colleagues involved in executive protection, threat management, and other complex client matters requiring regular and acute direction - globally.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing coordination systems to manage team member and subcontractor activities, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
  • Collaborating with executive protection teams to plan and execute security measures for high-profile clients.
  • Monitoring threat management processes and coordinating responses to security incidents or potential risks.
  • Liaising with various departments to gather and disseminate critical information regarding client needs as they relate to operational requirements.
  • Organizing and overseeing the logistics of client-related projects, ensuring all moving parts are aligned and functioning optimally.
  • Conducting regular reviews and updates of operational procedures to adapt to the evolving needs of clients and the security landscape.
  • Providing timely and accurate reporting on the status of projects and initiatives to senior management.
  • Fostering a collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and a high level of performance among subcontractors and colleagues.
