Parsons is seeking a highly skilled Threat Systems Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will provide threat signature development and modeling support to the Threat Modeling Center (TMC).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal MDA and external stakeholders to determine threat needs for Integrated Master Test Plan events.
  • Coordinate with MDA/DEI and the Intel Production Centers to obtain intelligence assessments and reference data necessary to define and build threat models consisting of kinematic, RF, and IR models.
  • Evaluate intelligence data and provide technical reviews of associated Threat Model Requirements Documents produced by the prime contractor.
  • Articulate change recommendations and provide verification and validation recommendations of prime contractor produced kinematic, RF, and IR models.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and the prime contractor in the development of event verification and validation documentation which compares all threat models to the latest intelligence assessments.
  • Articulate change recommendations and work with other members of the MDA team to integrate efforts and meet M&S program objectives for MDA events and real-world activities.
  • Support TMC M&S threat software/tool development in support of integrated threat production capability (kinematic and signature threat data generation).
  • Represent the government and interface with contractors at technical interchanges, assist other MDA organizations, the Intelligence Community, and warfighters to articulate threat data needs.
  • Investigate and recommend innovative technical approaches and process improvements to improve quality of the delivered threat products and to reduce schedule risk.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree and 12+ years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree and 20+ years of relevant experience.
  • Active SECRET clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
  • Creative thinking, problem-solving, analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work with a diverse team of engineers with different perspectives and objectives.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to a non-technical audience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, TEAMS).

Desired Skills:

  • Understanding of kinematics, radar cross-section, or infrared data and software that supports the production of threat stimulus data.
