Fresenius Medical Care North America is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as an Outpatient Registered Nurse - Clinical Advancement Program (CAP) 1. This is an entry-level position that requires a strong foundation in nursing principles and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and document patient responses and outcomes.
- Conduct ongoing education and training for patients and families on hemodialysis treatment and related health topics.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Supervise and mentor Patient Care Technicians/LPNs/LVNs/RNs as a Team Leader or designated Nurse in Charge.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current appropriate state licensure.
- Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.
- Minimum of 9 months experience as a Registered Nurse (preferred).
- Chronic/acute hemodialysis experience (preferred).
- A competitive salary range of $35 - $58 per hour.
