Job Summary

We're seeking an Outpatient Sales Representative to join our Therapeutic Nutrition Sales team in Orange County, California. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth by securing commitments from healthcare professionals in outpatient settings.

Your primary focus will be on creating and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals to elevate the importance of nutrition and identify win-win solutions for using Abbott products. You'll also be responsible for holding customers accountable and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute sales initiatives to exceed established sales goals for Ensure, Glucerna, and Protality
  • Work closely with district managers and cross-functional teams to execute sales direction
  • Identify customer needs and deliver on sales opportunities
  • Utilize Abbott Nutrition promotional materials to target healthcare professionals
  • Prioritize resource utilization to drive return on investment
  • Plan and organize to maximize focus on top priorities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B sales
  • Cold-calling experience and ability to build own book of business
  • Strong business acumen and ability to adapt to changing priorities
