Residential Moving Consultant

Compensation Overview: $15.00-$25.00 per hour, inclusive of base pay, gratuities, and performance-driven monthly bonuses.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in physical labor roles such as loading, unloading, landscaping, construction, production, manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse operations is beneficial but not essential.
• Opportunities available for both PART TIME and FULL TIME positions.
• WORK SCHEDULE: MONDAY to FRIDAY + WEEKENDS as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide friendly, positive, and hassle-free moving or hauling services to all customers.
• Safely manage, pack, and unpack client belongings.
• Exhibit punctuality, friendliness, and a commitment to safety.
• Maintain branding consistency through exemplary conduct.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Reliable means of transportation to and from the workplace.
• Possession of a valid and active Driver's License.
• Able to lift and transport heavy items (50 lbs. or more) while navigating stairs, maintaining balance, and walking.
• Exhibits a positive demeanor and readiness to work hard.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
