Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with Daily Activities: Provide support with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance.
  • Personal Care and Hygiene: Assist patients with personal care needs, including toileting, grooming, and laundry.
  • Medication Reminders and Administration: Remind patients to take their medications and assist with administration as needed.
  • Companionship and Social Interaction: Engage patients in conversations, read to them, or participate in activities to promote mental stimulation and social interaction.
  • Record Keeping and Communication: Maintain accurate records of patient care and communicate with supervisors and other healthcare professionals as needed.
Requirements
  • Education and Certification: Graduation from an accredited Home Health Aide program and a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: One year of prior professional experience in a healthcare setting.
  • License and Certification: A valid driver's license and CPR certification (preferred).
