Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school team in Saffordville, Kansas. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in promoting language development and overcoming communication challenges for students.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaboration and Teamwork
    • Work closely with teachers, parents, and educational professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.
  • Therapy Services and Progress Monitoring
    • Provide direct therapy services and regularly monitor student progress to inform treatment adjustments.
  • IEP Meetings and Multidisciplinary Collaboration
    • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the team's efforts to develop effective learning plans.
  • Evaluation and Diagnosis
    • Evaluate the communication skills of referred students and accurately diagnose speech and/or language disorders.
  • Treatment Recommendations and Support
    • Perform evaluations on referred students and provide evidence-based treatment recommendations.
    • Offer training and support to teachers to enhance their ability to facilitate effective classroom communication.

Requirements:

  • Masters or Doctorate Degree in Communication Sciences Disorders or Speech and Language Pathology.
  • Active SLP License.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
