Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to provide operational support to our General Manager and Senior Team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess new business opportunities and provide strategic recommendations
  • Develop and manage construction and renovation projects from inception to completion
  • Design and implement preventative maintenance programs for our portfolio properties
  • Identify and resolve issues at assigned properties

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of construction experience with 5+ years in supervisory roles
  • Comprehensive knowledge of building systems, products, and construction details
  • Familiarity with building codes, permitting processes, and quality standards
  • Experience working with architects, engineers, and blueprints
  • Proven experience in maintenance and renovation of multi-family structures
  • Thorough understanding of the bidding process and quality vs. price
  • Excellent time- and project-management skills
