Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $65,000, based on industry standards and comparable roles in the region.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven individual to join our team as a Financial Center Consultant II. As a key member of our financial center, you will be responsible for creating energy and excitement around EECU products and services, guiding members through consultative selling sessions, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Conducting consultative selling sessions to identify relationship expansion opportunities and deliver great member experiences
  • Rotating within the financial center to support members with products and services as needed
  • Providing a complete service and sales experience for members, resulting in exceeding sales goals on a monthly basis
  • Broadening your expertise by performing platform functions, handling teller responsibilities, and solving operational issues
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Proven goal achievement in loan production
  • Cross-selling and referral skills, strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills to converse freely and comfortably with members
  • A strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks daily in a fast-paced environment
  • Good listening skills, approachability, problem-solving, and empathy
  • Relevant computer skills, solid math, and written communication skills
  • A college degree, preferred
