We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Donation Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, receiving donations, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to donors and customers
- Receive and process donations in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the production room and sales floor
- Assist with loading and unloading merchandise onto/off trucks or trailers, as needed
- Operate pallet jack and walkie stacker safely and efficiently
- Conduct daily safety inspections on company-owned equipment
- Follow and ensure all safety rules are complied with and appropriate safety equipment is used
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to pass a forklift certification class
- Ability to speak and read English proficiently
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position
