SampleIQ Analyst, Jr.

We are seeking a highly skilled SampleIQ Analyst, Jr. to join our team at Synergistix. As a key member of our sample accountability services, you will be responsible for analyzing sales field sample activities, ensuring accurate and timely sample reporting to clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Assess field needs and propose problem resolution under the direction of the Supervisor, SampleIQ Operations.
• Manage incoming data exceptions identified by the SIQ data validation process.
• Assist in quarterly reconciliation analysis and provide feedback and guidance to field sales representatives.
• Coordinate sample accountability processing for terminated sales representatives.
• Work with clients' sample accountability onboarding process for new hires.
• Monitor sample activities and exceptions while advising field sales representatives of PDMA regulations and client-specific SOPs.
• Identify and report suspicious and/or diversionary sampling activity to clients.
• Provide ad-hoc sample trending reports under the direction of the Supervisor, SampleIQ Ops.
• Manage the processing of Signature Verification Letters.
• Occasional travel may be required.

• Bachelor's Degree and/or a minimum of three years of equivalent work experience in sample accountability, compliance, or a related field.
• Experience working and supporting a pharmaceutical sales organization is strongly desired.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, primarily Microsoft Excel, is required.
• Exceptional customer service skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment are essential.
