Accord is in search of committed professionals to enhance our Family Support Services division in the Twin Cities area. We are actively seeking individuals who are enthusiastic about aiding families in need. Below are the positions currently available:
- IHS without Training: Personal Support Staff delivering non-medical assistance in home or community settings to foster independence.
- In Home Respite: Staff providing temporary care for primary caregivers.
- Homemaker: Assisting with household cleaning and daily living tasks.
- Out-of-Home Respite: Offering temporary care outside the home environment.
- Night Supervision: Providing awake overnight support in the participant's residence.
Qualifications:
Accord implements a Matching/Hiring Process to connect potential staff with individuals requiring caregiving assistance. To qualify, candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. It is essential that all caregiving personnel pass a DHS background screening.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Referral + Sign-On Bonuses: Earn a $300 bonus for referring or joining as caregiving staff.
- Sign-On Bonuses available for new staff not previously identified by a service recipient.
- This role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18 to $20 based on qualifications.
