As a Bartender at Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis, you will contribute to fostering connections, celebrating individuality, and honing your craft. We support our talented team members in achieving their best work, inspired by our culture and the stunning views of the Mississippi River.

Key Responsibilities:

- Skillfully prepare and serve a variety of wines, spirits, and mixed beverages from our menu, ensuring adherence to established recipes and Four Seasons standards.

- Confirm guest orders, including any special requests, using the hotel's point-of-sale system; verify completed orders against the original requests.

- Engage with guests seated at the bar, providing captivating descriptions of each item’s origin, flavor profile, and preparation methods; maintain an extensive knowledge of liquors, wines, beers, ports, armagnacs, eau de vies, cognacs, and specialty cocktails.

- Anticipate guest needs, assess satisfaction levels, and respond promptly and effectively to any concerns or requests.

- Accurately process guest checks, including cash and credit card transactions, and manage voided checks or complimentary items with precision.

- Adhere to Four Seasons' established Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.

- Collaborate harmoniously and professionally with colleagues and supervisors.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Serve food items in the bar area as needed. Assist with bar inventory management. Prepare garnishments for beverages.

Qualifications:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent experience.

- Experience: A minimum of two years in bartending or a related field.

- Skills: Proficient in pouring, mixing, and blending a diverse range of wines, spirits, and cocktails. Ability to accurately handle cash and credit card transactions.
