Job Summary

The role of a System Analyst II is crucial in driving the success of our organization's technology ecosystem. This position requires an individual with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions that enhance the user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solution Design and Delivery: Gather, analyze, and document solution requirements, facilitating user story creation and backlog grooming in an agile delivery environment.
  • System Configuration & Testing: Perform application configuration, provide consulting to development teams, and participate in code reviews as necessary.
  • Production Support: Provide global support outside of business hours for critical systems/incidents, drive system support, and escalate issues according to priority and expertise queue.
Leadership

This role requires a self-directed individual who can partner with business teams, including business systems analysts and Operations, responding quickly and thoroughly to issues and requests. The ability to lead small streams of design/work is also essential.

Summary of Experience

A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in HR applications, functional, business process, and configuration experience in Success Factors Compensation and Employee Central is strongly preferred. SAP HCM experience is an added advantage.
