Custodian Job Description

Prestige Maintenance USA is seeking a skilled Custodian to join our team. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
  • Operate small power tools and equipment, such as buffers and extractors.
  • Follow safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve cleaning goals.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and management to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in custodial, janitorial, or cleaning services preferred.
  • Ability to read and communicate in English.
  • Physical exertion required to manually move, lift, carry, pull, or push heavy objects or materials up to 50 pounds.
