Custodian - EVERGREEN

Prestige Maintenance USA is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and their employees.

• Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping, to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Operate small power tools, such as buffers and extractors, to clean and maintain floors and surfaces.
• Empty wastebaskets and replace liners as needed.
• Clean and sanitize toilets, basins, and urinals.
• Wipe down surfaces, including tables, chairs, and vending machines.
• Refill restroom dispensers as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of experience in custodial, janitorial, or cleaning services preferred.
• Ability to read and communicate in English.
• Physical exertion required to manually move, lift, carry, pull, or push heavy objects or materials up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Regular, consistent, and predictable attendance required.
